I can tell you something now that I knew a couple of weeks ago: Michael Jackson’s three kids didn’t spend the holidays with the Jackson family at their Hayvenhurst Rd home in Encino, California.
Even though Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson, has custody of Prince, Paris and “Blanket,” the three kids weren’t with her on Christmas or New Year’s.
Instead, nanny Grace Rwaramba arranged to take the kids for an extended visit with family friends. This is contrary to reported stories that the three were with their aunt, Janet Jackson, in New York. That was a decoy story. It’s amazing how every blog from Perez Hilton to the most insignificant picked up that story on Christmas Eve and ran it without checking a single fact. Imagine what that means for other celeb blog “exclusives.”
“They were extremely happy and they had a great time,” says a source of the no-Jackson holiday. “It wasn’t a big deal Christmas with elaborate gifts. It was very humble.”
The reason? Katherine Jackson, a Jehovah’s Witness, doesn’t celebrate holidays. If the kids had remained with her in Encino, they would have been deprived, a source says, of their annual Christmas celebration. Katherine, they say, was wise enough to sign off on the visit, and allowed Rwaramba to make the arrangements.
And the word on the kids? “They seemed fine, well adjusted, they’re doing their school work. They don’t talk about Michael’s death but they do mention him.”

I don’t know if this story is true or not since no “source” was named. I think constant discussion of these children’s lives is stalkerish. Leave them alone,they are not celebrities,just kids who lost their dad.

Good to hear that the kids are doing well. It looks like Katherine is doing everything right for the kids so far. In my opinion, it would also be good to send them to school next year. They will be fine with the Jacksons and will probably grow up to be discreet and private, like most of the other Jackson grandkids. I believe that MJ’s neices and nephews will remember MJ’s kindness towards them and want to give some of that back to his kids.

This is interesting I wondered why there was no further update on Janet’s elaborate plans. I also seem to recall reading somewhere they had plans to visit Mark Lester during the holidays. Latoya also indicated that Katherine had agreed to celerate Christmas at home. Just goes to show you can’t believe everything you read. I hope they had a great Christmas wherever they ended up.

Frankly when it comes to the Jackson’s or anyone else for that mater, Roger is the only ones info I trust. I know his rep and know how well he is connected given what he’s able to report and scoop others on and I always chuckle when I re-read his info on other sites days and in some cases weeks later.

BTW, why isn´t this “Nanny” still not arrested for providing Michael with drugs over the past years??? I just hope, they are at least still investigating her being involved in his murder!?

The fact that nobody really knows where the kids spent the holidays is very gratifying.
1. It’s none of our business.
2. They are still being protected from the media goons.
3. Somebody (probably grandma) has put a stop to all those leaks and pictures were coming from every single time they went out. Squashed it flat. Good job!

I don’t know if the story is true or not. But Katherine Jackson is a Jehovah’s Witness and they don’t celebrate Christmas, Birthdays, or any other holidays. So if the kids could go to some fimiliar place and celebrate Christmas, I think it’s nice. Hope Prince, Paris and Blanket had a lovely Christmas where ever they were at.

This story is 100% true and they stayed with a famiily who the kids considered there own. There was really no media at the house at all during the weeks the kids were there. That family is the most loving and comforting family there is, the kids were in good hands. They had a great time and got to go out to dinner and fun places.

Christmas has no sentimental value to Jehovah’s Witnesses. It’s no big deal to Katherine Jackson that her grandchildren spend a few days with friends – not “surrogate family”.
They may have been happy, and they may have had a great time, but every holiday for Prince, Paris, and Prince II is a “Jackson holiday”, because, in the immortal words of Joe Jackson, “They’re Jacksons!” Deal with it, Roger.

Why are these children a news story for you Mr. Friedman? Do you really consider yourself a serious journalist if your writing and research is about how these 3 children spent their Christmas? I agree with Ingrid- this is very “stalkerish”. Are you going to be the “Diane Dimond” to these children, stalking them and basing your whole career on going after them and reporting all the details of their lives? Seriously? Is this the content of your character chasing after 3 young kids and detailing their lives to a salacious public? Please leave these kids alone. It isn’t right to delve intotheir personal lives like this just because their dad was famous. They are thinking, feeling human beings, not objects. Please remember that.

The truth is that no one seems to know how these kids are being raised. Do they have tutors home schooling them? The grandmother is getting over $60K a month allowance for them. Why doesn’t she enroll them in a private school so that they can get a decent education and possibly attend college someday? Their father never got a chance to go to H.S., he was tutored by woman who traveled with the Jacksons. He never went to college. I feel sorry for Paris J. the little girl needs to have the opportunity to make some friends her own age. All three of these kids were overly sheltered their whole lives by their father who had many issues due to his lost childhood, extreme fame, etc. Their nanny Grace also has issues imo. The grandmother is 80 years old. Who is really looking out for these kids best interest? They need to be in school.

Not sending the kids into a public school, was actually the only wise decision this family made so far!
Just imagine how cruel the other children would treat them and what horrible storys they would hear about their Daddy! Starting with the truth about Michaels death and addiction! All that trash about Michael being a pedophile!
And the most important thing – they could hear THE WHOLE TRUTH about their family!!! Unfortuately they live with them, they shouldn´t hear the details until they got the possibility to kick the family out of their house and live on their own…

I am so glad Michael’s children got to spend christmas, (I’m hoping the way he would have wanted them to). I was wondering how it was going to be if they were with Katherine, being a jahovahs witness…I do not believe in this…I’m glad Michael found Christmas and shared it with his children. I’m still mourning over his unfortunate early passing and can’t wait to meet him in the after life. I’ve always been a huge fan of his and have supported him through everything negative or positive he’s ever been through. I miss him as though he was a member of my own family. I always am wishing his children the best and that they will be the BEST in what they discover they were meant to do. I don’t even care if they are or not BIOLOGICALLY related to Michael, HE WAS and always will be their Dad. “Any one can be a father, It takes someone special to be a DAD”. HE is truly missed. I wish I was a little closer to his age and could have met him before his tragic passing, and hopefully could have prevented his untimely death which I do not even want to accept yet. I do not believe he was meant to leave us so soon. I am in so much pain over this and believe thatbhe will live on forever. I miss you so much Michael. I hope to meet you soon in Heaven. Well well well… according to YOUR suposed source Katherine KNEW better to sign off…. REALLY, she doesnt strike me as a mamby pamby woman! I SAW photos of the kids in VEGAS with their Grandfather AND a nanny WHO ISNT Grace ( Grumpy Face ) Rumba… So why dont all you gossip know it alls get it right! As for Grandma’s religious affiliation, Thoes kids wouldnt miss out on much because I know for a FACT Jehovah’s Witnesses DO buy their Children gifts often and dont need a special holiday to do it! Katherine Wouldnt feel ANY pressure to please a nanny who has over stepped her bounds several times so much so that Michael had fired her several times for it! So maybe its time for a new nanny if Ms. Rumba is going to TRY to interfere with the upbringing Michael wanted his kids to have in the hands of his Mother!! Sheesh you people will believe anything… HAY I have the London Bridge for sale real cheep comes with a castle too… any takers….. SHEESH!
